Imagine my delighted surprise when one of my all time fave foodies popped into our shop with the equally as wonderful and very talented Chef 🥰

It was such a pleasure to meet and make Banh Mi for our 2 special guests! Hopefully bump into you both again one day, maybe in Vietnam! 🤩

I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw and waiting to order our banh mi! I couldn't miss the opportunity to serve these guys myself (major foodie here!). Sam's banh mi of choice - traditional pork with a few extra meatballs! 🤤

We had some special guests pop in to celebrate Lunar New Year with us and our community Dr Vinh Binh Lieu 🤩

Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd be teaching and to make Banh Mi! 😊 What an absolute treat to have such special guests visit our shop and our community to celebrate Lunar New Year!

We were lucky to have .elhayek Mayor of City of Canterbury Bankstown drop by for some Banh Mi! We made Bilal our special tuna banh mi (which we cook up with our favourite seasonings) with house made mayo, our delish pickled and fresh salads plus our spring onion oil 🥰🤤

This was some of the best tuna bánh mì I’ve had in a long time!

I stopped by popular Bankstown bánh mì spot, Bảy Ngộ, to find out what all the fuss was about.

And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Run, don't walk to your new favourite lunch spot!
