One arm DB sn**ch with 5 burpees and a 200m run in between each round.
Then
120, 100, 80, 60, 40 skips
18, 15, 12, 9 & 6 reps of:
Ball Slams
Bent over row (each arm)
Goblet Squat

Great lunchtime session
2 rounds of:
45 sec on 15 sec rest
Thrusters
Burpees
KB Swing
Ball Slams
Shuttle Run
Weighted walking lunges.
Then 2 rounds of the above using the timing of 30 sec on 10 sec rest.
We finished with two sets of plank and two sets of stairs.
