We’re here to keep our industry vibrant, helping venues and breweries work together to create amazing experiences for everyone.

It’s not too late to be part of Sydney Beer Week 2024!

We know deadlines can be a bit of a love-hate thing, but they do give us something to aim for, right? We totally get it—between Melbourne’s Pint of Origin, organizing GABS, and running your own businesses, it’s been a hectic time.

So, great news! We’re extending the deadline for Expressions of Interest until June 9th. That means you’ve got an extra couple of weeks to fine-tune your plans.

For those who made it in before the original deadline, we’ve seen some amazing events and ideas. We’ll be reaching out soon to start locking everything in.

We're thrilled to announce a fantastic collaboration between Sydney Beer Week and the Australian Heritage Hotel Aussie Beer Festival, making this year's Sydney Beer Week a 10-day beer extravaganza! 🍻

Get ready for seven days of amazing events across various venues in Sydney, culminating in a three-day beer festival at the Australian Heritage Hotel. Join us in The Rocks for a celebration of Australian craft beer with breweries from all around the country, top-notch entertainment, great food offerings, and of course, the usual beer competitions.

One of the highlights will be the Home Brewer Pro-Am tent, where the winners of the amateur beer competition and the professionals will showcase their beers. The winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon along with the other exciting winners for the Aussie Beer Fest competition.

Are you ready to collaborate and brew up something special for Sydney Beer Week? We're excited to announce the inaugural Australian Pro-Am, where commercial breweries can dedicate a tank for a unique brewing experience!

Here's how it works:
1. Go online to the Sydney Beer Week website to nominate the beer styles you specialise in.
2. Collaborate with a home brewer who has won a category in this years New South Wales home brew competition.
3. Brew a beer together for an event during Sydney Beer Week, where it will be blind judged.
4. Your beer will also be tasted at ‘The Australian Heritage Beer Festival’.

Many commercial brewers started as home brewers, so this is a fantastic opportunity to support the next potential commercial brewers! Let's encourage home brewers in Sydney to step up, win the competition, and brew with the best.
