Originally beginning her career as a Physiotherapist, Dani has always had a strong commitment to supporting those needing care and assistance, and an intimate understanding of how the Human Services sector operates within Australia. About You -

• A track record leading a team of qualified clinicians.
• An ability to build relationships, with effective interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A desire to provide a high level of quality care to vulnerable community members.
A current Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and valid Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
The Opportunity -
The HCP Coordinator is responsible for providing holistic care, direct clinical care and clinical governance to customers receiving home care support in the community.
• Provide initial consultations and on board new HCP customers.
• Develop Consumers CDC budgets, assessments, support plans and work towards identified Consumers goals.
• Implement needed assessment processes, leading overseeing customer care planning for specialised nursing needs.
• Manage complex health outcomes for customers such as enteral feeding, catheter care, complex wound care and dementia management.
• Undertake the assessment and implementation of appropriate medication management
• Build relationships and work closely with families and carers.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointments of Marcus Wilson and Kane Hall for the Nowra Veteran Wellbeing Centre with RSL LifeCare.
This will be one of six centres being established across Australia as part of the Federal Government and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) commitment to providing wellbeing services to veterans in their local communities.
Marcus Wilson joins RSL Lifecare as the Centre Manager, leading all strategic and operational objectives of the wellbeing centre. After 14 years of service with the Australian Defence Force, Marcus has since established a medical services organisation in Afghanistan, won a Gold Medal at the Invictus Games and been honoured with a Bravery Medal by the Governor General of Australia for his heroic actions during a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.
Kane Hall will be joining Marcus as a Veteran Support Coordinator, working with veterans, active service personnel and their families to align them with the right support services in the community. After four years of service in the Australian Defence Force as a Cavalryman including a tour of Afghanistan, Kane returned home to Australia and has since played an instrumental role in founding StoryRight Australia, a NFP helping military personnel finding careers in the private sector, has volunteered with The Plympton Veteran’s Centre and worked with RSL Care SA as a Veteran Support Officer.
The combined experience and skills of Marcus and Kane will provide valuable supports to both the current and future veteran communities of the region.
