Well that was a wonderful morning at Bank Corner Espresso Bar with the wonderful Tanj.

It is a day for experimental music. We don’t often get to hear music that experiments at the limits of what sound can be. We often hear music that is safely confined to what the instrument or genre normally plays. So it was an absolute delight to go on such an interesting adventure of sound this morning with Tanj.

This evening at The Press Bookhouse we will be going on a similar journey with The Nano Symphony. Both classically trained they are taking their instruments on a journey through the limitless possibilities of electronic and synthesised sounds.

So if you are feeling curious and like going on a journey of discovery then pop in to The Press Bookhouse from 6 this evening for what will be another wonderful Cafe Sessions gig.

Cafe Sessions is proudly supported by City of Newcastle and we really couldn’t behave down it without their support.
