THIS SUNDAY! Melbourne’s renowned cocktail haven is taking over the Icebergs Bar to celebrate their 5th birthday with a ‘greatest hits’ cocktail line-up. We’ll be on snack duties — think pies with chicken fat and caviar, prawn toast, potato cakes and a paperbark smoked pavlova.

Walk-ins welcome from 2pm. See you there!

The Hospitality Cup is coming from Melbourne to Sydney for the first time, and the Icebergs soccer team will be competing, decked out in these jerseys designed in collaboration with . Founded by ’s Jean-Baptist-Dumas, the cup began as a way to bring the local hospitality community together and raise money for The Big Issue. If you’d like to get behind us, donate to ’s Street Soccer program, and come see us on September 16th play alongside our industry friends from Rockpool and Love Tilly Group to Solotel and Merivale.

The winter edition of Icebergs Sundays has just launched to ring in this seasonal transition, hosted by Don Julio with handcrafted food, drinks and sounds to match. Breeze in from 3pm this Sunday — and every other.

There are a limited number of bookings remaining for Mother’s Day at Icebergs, featuring a brunch, lunch and dinner with special menus curated by Alex Prichard. While Valentine’s Day x Icebergs is now filled in the Dining Room, the Bar will be host to a one-night-only menu by , available à la carte.

Think sourdough crumpets topped with scampi tartare and prosciutto XO, spanner crab spaghetti and a special dessert flambéed tableside.

This Wednesday, our seventh Icebergs Sunsets x summer series is kicking off with live sounds by , and a horizon-inspired light installation taking the sunset deep into the night. Breeze into the Icebergs Bar from 6pm to see it. From this Wednesday to Saturday, all summer long.

After a couple of weeks of rain, those blue skies (and a knock out sunset) returned in full force for our First Day of Summer party. Grazie to all those who joined and to and , it was a night to remember 🤍🌊
