Did you know this about castor oil?

🪷Castor oil packs are often used to promote ease in passing stool, by helping to soften it. The oil also helps stimulate the abdominal organs.

🌷Applying a castor oil pack can stimulate blood flow to the area the pack is applied. And the enhanced circulation can potentially help with healing, reduce pain, and minimise cramping 😮‍💨

🌺 Castor oil contains riconoleod acid, which can host anti-inflammatory properties. This can help with conditions such as muscle soreness and arthritis.

We have a few packs available for purchase in the centre, as well as castor oil!

It is recommended not to use a castor oil pack if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding 🤱 the pack should not be heated in a microwave or used on a recent injury or open skin.

To prevent irritating your digestive system, we recommend avoiding the following foods:
