🌸 I want to share my most emotional period of my life!
💪✨ After becoming a mother for the first time when I had my son in Canada, I experienced a profound loss of self-worth and self-love.

It all stemmed from my lack of understanding about what it truly meant to have a small child in my hands—completely and utterly dependent on me. Coupled with hormonal changes, unbelievable weight gain, and sleeplessness, the harsh Canadian winter made me feel even more overwhelmed. I am sure many of you can relate to this story!

😔 The weight I gained made me unrecognizable, and it felt like the person I once was had disappeared. 😢

Getting ready to go out became an overwhelming battle, with tears streaming down my face as my clothes did not fit me anymore. 😭

In those moments of darkness, I felt like I had lost myself entirely. But deep down, a flicker of hope remained. I did not want to give up🌈💪

With every ounce of strength, I mustered the courage to take charge of my life and turn it all around! I knew I deserved better. ✨

Slowly, I began my transformation with a lifestyle change, focusing on my eating habits and exercise routines (NET Routines- No Extra Time!).

It wasn't easy, but I refused to give up. I wanted to rediscover the woman I once was - strong, vibrant, and full of life. 🌟

And you know what?

Miracles happen when you believe in yourself. I can't even put into words how incredible it felt to shed the weight and step into my old self again, even better than before! 🥳✨

The pinnacle of my journey was my sister's wedding. As I walked into the room, I felt a mix of nervousness and excitement. The warmth of the compliments I received was overwhelming. 😍✨

People saw the real me, the one I had been hiding for so long. It was like witnessing my rebirth! 🦋💕
