Approximately 60 tonne of structural steel has recently been hot dip galvanized for BJL Welding & Fabrication PTY LTD.

The steel is for the brand new Ingenia Lifestyle over 55s located in Fullerton Cove being built by North Construction & Building.

We recently galvanized 13tonne of steel for Reelfab Pty Ltd. The steel is being used as part of the roof facade on the Sydney Metro Crows Nest Station site c over station development building.

Over 20T of steel hot dip galvanizied for Sable Engineering & Metaland Pty Ltd and their work on Rippit Golf in Broadmeadow last year.

We will be closed for the Christmas/New Year period from COB Friday the 22nd of December 2023 and re-opening on Tuesday the 2nd of January 2024.

We were approached by Railius Group to hot dip galvanize steel components for one of their Railglider lift carriageways that spans 80m from the edge of Sydney Harbour up to the house at the top of the hill. Hot Dip Galvanizing is the ideal choice for this project as the galvanized coating will protect the steel sections from the elements and ensure optimum longevity for this properties new asset.

We are pleased to announce that Hunter Galvanizing has purchased ArmorGalv.

This acquisition combines expertise, enhances market capabilities and increases our service offering within the protective coatings industry.

ArmorGalv offers thermal diffusion galvanizing, also known as Sheradizing. ArmorGalv is applied by tumbling parts with a zinc powder in a drum that is very slowly rotated inside an oven at temperatures between 350°c to 450°c. The process used by ArmorGalv is the only one of its kind within Australia, is cost effective, environmentally friendly and allows us to offer a unique service offering to new and existing customers.
