A fantastic dish from our head chef at Luigi’s Italian Restaurant. Blue Eye Trevalla, pan fried, served with a diced tomato and cucumber salad, pea purée and garnished with rocket & balsamic. WELL DONE BRIANNA BRAYSHAW!
