Note: the Ramen Fusion will be the only Fusion on the menu for Mondays. No other Fusion will be available.

Our Crispy Pork Belly Sisig dish, perfect for Sunday night dinner. The pork belly is covered in a soy sauce sofrito and served with a fried egg and fresh herbs on a sizzling hot plate. This dish comes paired with Papaya and Pomelo salad, dressed in Som Tum vinaigrette. Bloody delish!
