To the Torquay community, With the recent incidents over Summer, Tanya and Brendan from Doc Hughes along with David Nankervis from [email protected] and Roger Abel Training Services have felt compelled to donate a public access defibrillator along the esplanade.

The defibrillator is located at 23 The Esplanade at Doc Hughes inside the veranda.

Both David and Roger will be running free CPR defibrillator workshops at Doc Hughes - more info to come.

Our Beef Bourguignon is a real winter warmer!

Beef cheeks slow cooked in red wine, smoked bacon, chimichurri with creamy parmesan polenta and crispy potato to top it off.

You can’t go wrong with our delicious pancakes! Served with seasonal berries, maple syrup, berry compote, pistachio and coconut crumb and vanilla bean mascarpone.

We are totally nuts for our granola!

Toasted buckwheat, dried fruits and nuts granola with cinnamon coconut yoghurt, pure maple, poached pears and orange!

The canadian tuxedo just got delicious with a blend of Canadian Club whiskey, ginger liqueur, maple syrup, lemon and blueberries. One sip of this and your heart will go on and on

CHICKEN SHARWARMA
Marinated grilled chicken, herb garlic lebneh with a salad of frisee, pickled onion, confit tomato, black quinoa and toasted almond.

Take it cheesey this school holidays with our Spiced roasted sweet pumpkin, curry butter sauce on fresh stracciatella cheese with herbs, crispy curry leaves and toasted pine nuts.

Dark chocolate delice with roasted strawberries, caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream, what more could you want!?

Why do pigs make great chefs? They always bring home the bacon!

And our chefs have created a delicious soy glazed pork belly with soba noodles, spring onion and soy beans salad finished with chilli sambal.
