Spicer Building has teamed up with to offer a uPVC (unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) window and door display in our office showroom, providing clients opportunity to see and feel how fantastic these products are.

As of May 1st 2024, new homes are required to achieve a 7 star energy rating. The installation of uPVC windows and doors can significantly aid this requirement.

Benefits of uPVC windows and doors:

👉🏼multi opening options with the unique “tilt and turn” style becoming increasingly popular. Tilt into the room or open completely for versatility of air flow and ease of cleaning
