It was great for them to connect over the last two days and learn about opportunities in the Community Sector.

I got to spend the day with a great bunch of people today delivering day 1 of Crucial Conversation.

Who, what, why and where……🤔
Let me explain.👇
I’m Teresa, the person behind Good Talk NQ and I’m totally excited to be kickstarting Crucial Conversation training in North Queensland this year.
My cheerleaders below are my three children, Riley, Claire and Liam.

Some years ago I completed my two day training for Crucial Conversations and absolutely loved it! The skills I learnt in that training have transformed many conversations from unsafe to safe, a loss to a win, unproductive to productive. In my personal life and professional career, the training and the skills I learnt have served me well.

In my current line of work, I quite often see and hear so many conversations in the work place where the playing field is not even when it comes to have a crucial conversation. This creates an unsafe environment for the conversation to continue, and usually very unproductive outcomes. Ultimately this results in poor performance from your people and for the organisation.

Last year, I decided to share what I have learnt and bring this amazing training to North Queensland. I teamed up with Crucial Dimensions and completed my certification. Now I am ready to rumble!

This training is not new and is used successfully in 36 country’s around the world.

My first training will be in February, and I’d love for you to share the word or even see you there!
