The iron train of Mauritania 🇲🇷, also known as the Coast Train, is one of the longest trains in the world, stretching over 3 kilometers in length.
The train runs 700 kilometers from the iron mines of Zouérat to the coastal city of Nouadhibou, transporting millions of tons of ore each year.
