Unfortunately the Chippendales didn’t respond to our emails so we started a tennis business.

EAT - Free BBQ running all day plus afternoon tea provided. BYO picnics welcome!

DRINK - You're welcome to bring along any alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to sit back and enjoy the tennis action.

WIN - with all attendees on the day receiving a ticket into the draw to win great prizes.

The 2023 Wantirna Tennis Club Championships are officially underway!!

Huge ‘Finals Day’ on December 3. Hope to see everyone there…

After 4 long years we’re thrilled to announce the return of the Club Championships.

There are 11 events for both Junior and senior members culminating in a finals day extravaganza on Sunday December 3.

The club will be using this opportunity to officially open the new courts and we’re hoping members past and present will get involved in the day.

Entries are now open so check the event guide, check in with me with any questions and get those entries in by Friday November 3.

Matches will begin immediately after the cup weekend and will be at times to suit. Please support this wonderful club event in any way you can.

EASTER HOLIDAY TRAINING CAMP

Hi everyone, by popular demand we’re hosting our first all day training camp next week.

It will consist of a training session in the morning, a short lunch break and then matchplay in the afternoon.

For those that attend the week it’s approximately 16 hours of tennis!

Details:

Monday April 11 - Thursday April 14
10am - 2pm.

Cost: $180 for all 4 days or $50 per day.

Bring all your tennis gear plus a light lunch.

We will have a sausage sizzle on final day!

Well done to the grand final teams that competed over the weekend!

James & Sam had a convincing win on Saturday and our other two teams were brave in defeat.

We now reset and get ready to go again in a couple of weeks for the Winter season.

As part of the soon to be started re-development of the 5 front courts, we need to dispose of the 2 water tanks in this photo. It includes an industrial quality/capacity Davey brand electric pump.

If you are interested, please submit written bids ASAP to [email protected].

The club retains the right to accept/reject any bid, but we would like to see the tanks removed within the next 3 weeks.

TROY & MIKE TENNIS ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening up lessons from Monday.

We will be offering PRIVATE LESSONS by APPOINTMENT only at this stage. These sessions will be limited to 2 players and coach. Over 18's must provide proof of full vaccination, under 18 are exempt.

We will resume HOT SHOTS, SQUAD TRAINING & CARDIO TENNIS as soon as possible and with the approval of the state government guidelines.

If you would like to book a private session please advise the day/time preferred and duration of sessions required.

We will confirm all sessions once the schedule is set and do our best to accommodate everyone.
