So I can also do BIG cakes! This one was 16” or 40cm square and we got approximately 160 slices. This one was vanilla cake with custard cream filling and buttercream covered. The images and writing were printed on edible paper!

This Probus club were so happy with their cake. It’s been a long time since someone asked for a light fruitcake. It’s very satisfying for me when people come back afterwards to tell me how much everyone enjoyed it.
