Why you ask? 🤷🏻‍♂️

We have a very small team, and the majority of our baking and prep for the week ahead is completed on a Monday. This allows our kitchen to provide the best quality products to our customers from Tuesday to Saturday, while focusing solely on sit down meals during that period. 👩‍🍳

Rest assured, our cabinet is always stocked with fresh savoury and sweet food on Monday and the coffee machine is running hot as per usual! ☕️
