It’s always sad saying goodbye to our loyal customers. They become a part of our Piccolo family and in a way we become a part of theirs. To receive beautiful messages like this from Robin who is moving away, just confirms what we are doing and that it’s more than coffee. It is what makes Piccolos so special. It also confirms that our staff are the heart and soul of Piccolo. They always strive to make people feel welcome and offer “top-level” service, we are so proud of them.

Saturday Morning Deliveries - Round Three!

Every week, we aim to do something different and something better.

Last week, we added Wood-Smoked Streaky Bacon by Crackling Smallgoods to our Home Deliveries (something different) and we started using a delivery planning app, which radically improved our delivery efficiency (something better).

This week, for something different, we've teamed up with Piccolo Coffee Roasters (Warrnambool) to add the next level to our Weekend Home Deliveries with fresh roasted coffee and their fine drinking chocolate ☕

For something "better", this week we're going to collate all orders through our website ordering page. This will mean pre-purchasing which means you don't need to open the door in your dressing gown at 7am when we deliver!

There's also a few beef options in the mix including an absolute whopper of a Standing Rib Roast (Prime Rib), perfect for the ultimate Mothers Day Lunch.
