Meet Head Chef Romel Danganan Pangan

I was born on the Island of Pampanga in Phillipines where I first developed my love for cooking. - This is the same province of Pampanga which I learned from my Mom.

In my early 20’s I moved to Kuwait to work as a cook in a famous Saudi franchise burger store. I then moved to PF Changs, a huge multinational restaurant chain. I successfully worked my way up from being employed as a Cook, to Executive Head Chef in charge of training and restaurant set ups in the whole of the Middle East and Southern Europe. This is where I honed in on my beautiful ex*****on of fusion Cantonese, Singaporean and Western dishes.

I’ll be introducing themed nights to Simon’s… next Thursday kicks off….
