As the sun goes down on Port Phillip Bay, the combined MYC / RQYS Merak Yachting team, finished a very close 2nd overall, in the S80 division in the 30th Australian Women's Keelboat Regatta - AWKR. The final day, in lighter breezes resulted in a nail biting finish! Congratulations to the team - great sailing, great teamwork. So good.

This long weekend is the Australian Womens Keelboat Regatta! After a forced break of two years, there are 24 entries competing. With six S80s, there will be a dedicated S80 One Design division. Follow via awkr.com.au and Facebook.
Now, just need the weather to calm down a bit to allow for some great racing.
