WSC Women’s Luncheon Wrap Up! 💐🍹
Congratulations to Cindy Babic and Susa and their amazing support crew for creating a truly spectacular luncheon for the fabulous women of Williamstown Soccer Club last Saturday.

Stunning floral arrangements, a spectacular grazing table, delectable cocktails including a welcome Pink Gin Fizz, bountiful goodie bags, Silent Auction prizes, and Drag Bingo by the fabulous Sam T all contributed to a day of fun and laughter.

The NFD Saturday Morning program is back for Term 3!

Nagy Football Development will once again be bringing professional skills-based training for Boys and Girls aged 7 to 13 every Saturday morning, with Term 3 running for 8 consecutive weeks beginning on July 27.

Targeting individual skills development for Boys and Girls aged 7 to 13 (Born 2011 to 2017), led by our Accelerator teams and Junior boys Technical Director, Jesse Nagy.

The NFD Saturday Morning Program is not only open to existing WSC players, but also the broader local junior community.

Sessions are aimed at teaching and enhancing players technique in the 4 core skills of football:
▫️First Touch
▫️Running with the ball & ball mastery
▫️Striking the ball
▫️1 v 1

So whether you’re an existing WSC player or play at another club, all are welcome to register and take part in this optional initiative to gain valuable added skills based training.

Term 3 (8 Weeks):
▫️Every Saturday Morning
▫️First Session: Saturday July 27
▫️Final Session: Saturday September 14

Cost:
▫️$200

Session Times:
All players born 2015 to 2017 (7 to 9 years old).
▫️9am to 10:15am

All players born 2011 to 2014 (10 to 13 years old) as well as advanced 2015-2017 born children.
▫️10:30am to 11:45am

Vale Branko Susa

Williamstown Soccer Club is saddened to hear of the passing of Branko Susa, who sadly passed away following a long and bravely fought illness.

Whilst he was not a founding member he was a very important volunteer for our club in its formative years. Branko, along with his family, did whatever was required for the benefit of our club, at times dipping into his own pocket.

His son and grandchildren now represent our club and his family continue to volunteer at the club.

Lifelong friendships were formed and he will be missed but not forgotten.

Those who knew him well, have been sharing stories and a laugh about some of the stuff he would say.

On behalf of Williamstown Soccer Club we send our sincere condolences to Michael, Iva, the Susa family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad and difficult time.

Any arrangements for the funeral will be shared when available.

May he rest in peace.
