What does it look like for you? Do you allow yourself to feel it?

This has been a musing of mine this week. Today was a day for it. Starting it off right with an early yoga class, dropping the kids off to school, catching up with a friend for a cuppa.

I then had a walk on the beach, home to do some journaling and admin. Enjoyed a delicious healthy lunch, lay in the sun then enjoyed a chocolate brownie and strawberries

Even when I hung out the washing my day felt expansive and joyful because my intention was for just that.

Here’s to inviting in more pleasure and joy into our lives

This morning I did an earth healing meditation. I sent out love from my heart to all those who needed it. I cried for their loss, their destruction, their pain and heartache.

I had a vision of many others doing the same across the globe and the intricate energetic webs from one another connecting us all, feeding one another with hope and love.

Never underestimate the power of your intention to heal with love. It’s greater than you can imagine. Everything is energy.

Aged 13 I joined a meditation/book study group with my mum who was very supportive and encouraging of my gifts of being able to see, hear and feel spirits.
This group helped me to develop my intuition, clear fear and trust myself. I felt seen, heard, understood and appreciated by the older women in the group. This is when I began connecting with my Soul, researching the human energy field and strengthening my connection to my higher consciousness.

My training in Ajna healing and Reiki began 24 years ago.
I have added extra modalities along my path which have felt complimentary to my sessions which I offer

I’m well aware that the dream we had of moving interstate 2 years ago felt just like this. Our future vision of life felt abundant, connected to community, slow, warm, free and joyful.

It took a little time and a journey through the dark to up level to here now, but that’s the way it generally goes. It is as if we are tested in our faith of our dream, how much do you believe, can you remain focused and positive and do you trust your intuition which led you to where you are and how it is on the path to your dream ☀️

Big energy with this eclipse hey!
Such highs and lows for me last week. Honestly felt like I’d been run over by a train one day to full of energy the next 🎢
Didnt slept well all week & been dreaming my head off. Big flash back to Isla’s birth yesterday morning frozen in fear for hours, purging that out consoling myself. Feeling lighter after the letting go with love and self compassion.. again

Big release of expectations of someone and accepting them wholeheartedly, healing old hurt with love and compassion for us both to bring about the higher good of all

Driving Isla to school today I feel the collective energy has shifted to a more steady, balanced pace ☮️ ~ ahh the relief! 😅

Realisations of decisions to be made for the future now coming to light for many people in coming into alignment

It’s been such a deep dive to core wounding for us all I feel enlightening that which is to be brought back to balance, hooray for that 🙌❤️

In honour of Eclipse season and Mercury in retrograde, it is wonderful time to acknowledge the endings & new beginnings in your life and recieve energy healing 🧡

Virgo full moon, the last full moon before the equinox and the beginning of a new astrological cycle.

This full moon is an opportunity to cleanse and organize our life, returning to simplicity, trust in life and remember practical magic, beauty and miracles are available.

It’s also a time to sit with our pain and heartache and give ourselves compassion 💗
Notice where you have been expecting too much of yourself. Where have you expected yourself to be perfect and know everything? Where have you forgotten to trust life?

This is a great time for creative expression and physical release. Paint, draw, write, create a mandala, dance, run, swim, stretch, play 💎
One of the beautiful things about creative expression is the knowing that we are all
unique and beautiful in the way in which we do it.

By accepting our so called imperfections, we allow ourselves to show up in the world and show up for others. Mistakes, wrong decisions are often pathways that lead us to gold. Let go and forgive any feelings of error. Release perfectionism and anger.

Reflect on what has been emerging this past month and what is coming into focus.
For me, alongside organising, settling into new rhythms, and clearing clutter I’ve been focusing on my health and wellness and understanding the importance of it through intention and ritual.

Let us all live in the vibration of love and acceptance of self, aligning with our soul’s birthright. Breathe into all parts of ourselves that make us unique & give our genuine offerings to the world.

Hello all,
I felt it was time for a little update from me!
It’s been a fast paced start to my year and the momentum has felt good.

I’m loving this Pluto shifting into Aquarius, being an Aquarius rising 😄🌸 things are flowing beautifully for me, it was the lead up to it start of Jan that was pretty intense!

Luna has begun Preschool and is loving it. Her confidence and ease is contagious & Isla is enjoying being back at school and very happy with her new teacher.

What a joyful summer of friends and family visiting and staying with us over the holiday break we had, 9 different families staying with us!

I have started a Somatic movement ~ Ecstatic dance facilitator course and I’m absolutely loving it, feeling my wings outstretching with this one, feeling the natural evolution of adding this to my tool kit as an offering in the future

The Christmas / New year time where everything can feel like a bit of a blur. People can be rushing about to get last minute things done feeling a sense of urgency, exhaustion and stress not knowing what day it is. The feeling of ending and beginning - limbo.
As the year moves to a close with Mercury now retrograde, Instead of asking yourself what you want in 2024 reflect on this year first.

With this new moon and mercury retrograde happening today 🌙 🌀 I’ve been remembering times in my life when I didn’t trust myself and fear began running the show. And really feeling into that and what resulted with those actions. Receiving flashes of moments in time and witnessing myself in disempowering states of fear

💚Karmic clearing. Forgiveness and Self-Love is happening in a big way with this collective energy right now - the expansive energy of possibilities is on the other side of it if we lean in.

Go easy on yourself, feel it all into into it’s depths, revisit, release and return back within to your whole embodied self from a place of clarity, calm and peace ☮️

- Full moon in Gemini - Spark your imagination

There has been a bit of a ‘brain fog’ feeling for us all leading up to this full moon with our thoughts jumping from one to the next. Our outlook may feel a little unknown as if it feels like things are ending and yet to begin anew. The void spaces invite us to restore yourself and ground your energy coming back to mindfulness allowing the scattered energy to stop.

Come back to the comfort of doing what feels peaceful and calm right now, relax by stripping it all back to prioritising feeling free within your mind.

Reflect on your stories which you tell yourself and how they may not serve you. Are there old, outdated ways in which you speak about yourself that limit you. Now is an opportunity to release them and come back into your authentic truth about who you really are

Allow things to unfold, trust in the process and call back in any scattered energy, then you will be able to allow yourself to dream

Connect with nature. Feel your bare feet on the ground, listen to the birds, look at the trees and breathe. Your being divinely guided, always protected and your dreams are being listened to ✨💗
