About Rhys
I’ve been exposed to ‘alternative health philosophy’ my whole life, and while I have studied Remedial Massage, I prefer to practice old school and have developed a massage based on therapeutic oils combined with Swedish Massage Techniques to bring a sense of ease to the body and mind. This practice encourages the energy to flow along the nerve pathways, it slows the heart and brings a sense of deep relaxation, because, we’re not all athletes, but we’re all pretty stressed!
I also practice the AltaAmin Massage which has been individually developed as a wholistic program of health... attuning and calming mind, body and spirit. The program has been developed utilising principles of healing found in Massage, Psychology, Plant Medicine (herbs and oils), Yogic breath and Tapping...so essentially, 4 different disciplines of healing in one potent session.
