১ জুলাই থেকে আয়কর বিবরণী জমা নেওয়া শুরু হয়েছে। তা চলবে আগামী ৩০ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত।
সাধারণত করদাতারা শেষ মুহূর্তে গিয়ে রিটার্ন জমা দিতে বেশি উৎসাহ দেখান। বিশেষ করে, আয়কর মেলা তো জনারণ্যে পরিণত হয় ।কিন্তু এই বছর আয়কর মেলা হচ্ছে না। শেষ দিকে তাড়াহুড়ো করতে গিয়ে অনেক ভুলভ্রান্তি হতে পারে। হাতে দুই মাস সময় থাকলেও করদাতারা এখনই রিটার্ন জমার প্রস্তুতি নিতে পারেন।
এবার আপনি রিটার্ন জমা দিবেন ২০২০-২১ করবর্ষের। অর্থাৎ ২০১৯ সালের ১ জুলাই থেকে ২০২০ সালের ৩০ জুন পর্যন্ত আপনি যে আয় করেছেন, সেটির ওপর ভিত্তি করেই রিটার্ন জমা দিতে হবে। করযোগ্য আয় থাকলে ন্যূনতম তিন থেকে পাঁচ হাজার টাকা ট্যাক্স দিতে হবে। এ ছাড়া মোটরগাড়ি, ফ্ল্যাট কিংবা গৃহসম্পত্তি থাকলে বার্ষিক রিটার্নের সঙ্গে সম্পদ বিবরণী দেওয়া বাধতামূলক।

Ist. tk 3,00,000 =0%
Next tk 1,00,000 =5%
Next tk 3,00,000 =10%
Next tk 4,00,000 =15%
Next tk 5,00,000 = 20%
Rest tk above = 25%
সময় শেষ হওয়ার আগে রিটার্ন জমা দিন।
