Pride Limited celebrated their 25-year anniversary at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel Dhaka on 21 January.

At the event, Pride recognised 15 women upholding Bangladesh from different sectors of development. In light of their excellent contribution to their respective communities, Pride Limited presented the award 'Pride of Bangladesh' to each of them.

On November 27, 2016, Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) hosted a gala award ceremony at Le Meridien Hotel in Dhaka, to award BDT 750,000 grants each to 10 groups of young changemakers, who will implement different development initiatives across Bangladesh.

With support from UKAid, BYLC launched the BYLC Youth Leadership Prize on August 24, following the Youth Leadership Summit 2016. Graduates of BYLC leadership programs were invited to apply with project ideas that can create significant social impact.

Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) hosted its first BYLC Career Fair at Lakeshore hotel on December 21, 2016. Organized by BYLC’s Office of Professional Development, the fair connected 300 university students and fresh graduates who have completed BYLC leadership programs with 20 of the country’s leading private and nonprofit sector employers, who are looking to recruit talented youth for internships and job opportunities.

First of its kind, Bangladesh Innovation Conclave is launched with the idea to “Innovate, Challenge and Change” and, was designed to push the innovation agenda for Bangladesh. the Core objective of the platform is to Establish why Innovation is key for Bangladesh and its future, What does Innovation mean for Bangladesh in 4th Industrial space, How do we make innovation happen, How do we push the innovation led growth in 8 region, What skill sets are needed and What policy changes are needed.
