তবে এইখানে চারখান কথা আছে।
১. ডেইলি ডেইলি সিরিয়াসলি ৫-৬ ঘন্টা সময় দিতে হবে। কোনভাবেই একদিনও সলিড ৫-৬ ঘন্টার কম সময় দেয়া যাবে না। বরং দরকার হলে কোন দিন আরেকটু বেশি সময় দিতে রাজি থাকতে হবে। কোনভাবেই একদিনও ফাঁকিবাজি করা যাবে না। সেই মাইন্ডসেট নিয়ে শুরু করতে হবে। সাথে সাথে কোন কোন জায়গা থেকে কোনটার পর কোন জিনিস সিরিয়াল ওয়াইজ শিখতে হবে সেটা রেডি থাকতে হবে। কতটুকু ফিনিশ হওয়ার পর কোন প্রজেক্ট করতে হবে সেটা রেডি থাকতে হবে। অনেকভাবে ফুলস্ট্যাক হওয়া পসিবল। তার মধ্যে কোন রাস্তা দিয়ে যেতে চাও সেটাও ফাইনাল করে রাখতে হবে।
২. ৫-৭ মাসে একদম মাস্টার লেভেলের ফুলস্ট্যাক ডেভেলপার হয়ে যাবে না। এরপর আর একদিনও কিছু শিখবে না বা কিছু শেখার চেষ্টা করবে না। সেটা করা যাবে না। বরং ৫-৭ মাসে একজন জুনিয়র লেভেলের ডেভেলপার হয়ে কোথাও কোন কিছু একটা শুরু করতে পারবে। সেই লেভেলে যাবে। তারপরেও কিন্তু শেখা কন্টিনিউ রাখতে হবে।
৩. নিজে নিজে শিখতে চাইলে দুইটা বড় সমস্যা হচ্ছে ডিস্ট্রাক্টেড হয়ে যাওয়া। এক সপ্তাহ করার পর পরের সপ্তাহে খবর থাকে না। এবং কোন কিছুতে আটকে গেলে আটকেই থাকে। তাই যে কাজ করতে হয়তো সলিড ৫-৭ মাস লাগার কথা। সেটাই চলে যায় ১২-১৮ মাস। সো, সুপার ফোকাসড থাকতে হবে। যদি ৫-৭ মাসে ফিনিশ করতে চাও। অল্প সময়ে শিখতে চাইলে কোন একটা কিছুতে বেশিদিন আটকে থাকা যাবে না। ফিগার আউট করার প্রসেস জানতে হবে। এবং দরকার হলে দ্রুত কারো হেল্প নিতে হবে।
৪. নামলে সিরিয়াসলি নামো। ১০০% কমিটমেন্ট নিয়ে নামো। তাহলে দুই চারদিন বেশি বা কম লাগুক। সেটা মেটার করবে না। কারণ, লেগে থাকলে হয়ে যাবে।
সামারি হচ্ছে: সলিড ৫-৭ মাস সময় দিলে অবশ্যই পসিবল। হার্ডওয়ার্ক করে লেগে থাকলে অবশ্যই পসিবল। হয়তো পার্সন অনুসারে খানিকটা কম বেশি হতে পারে। এর বেশি কিছু না।

It depends on many factors along with fine-tuning MySQL settings. The default limit is 151 parallel connections for MySQL Database. If your server is dedicated and has a good configuration (GB of RAM) then it can support close to 10000 connections. It depends on OS too. You can change this in the system variable max_connection.

Employees Annual Leave Calendar

It was very tough for me, I think for many other HTML-CSS-JavaScrip-PHP developers, to manipulate the coding developed by the Big Bosses.

Yes, you can apply more than one stylesheet to an HTML file.
For each stylesheet you link to a page, you would just need to add an additional element. Like so,


However, when applying more than one stylesheet to your page, there are a few things you may want to keep in mind.
When linking multiple CSS files, the styles are applied in the order that they are linked in the HTML document. So, in the above code, all the rules from style1.css would be applied first, then the rules from style2.css will be applied. This can cause similar rules to overwrite the rules from the previously linked files.
In addition, linking too many files, in general, can affect the performance of a webpage, since each file must be loaded into the browser. More files will mean that more of them must be transferred and loaded from the server, which can slow down the loading time.

So the best practice is to use as few CSS files as possible.

It’s all but vanished from the enterprise application development space, which is now mainly Java and C #, plus some Go, Python, TypeScript etc. I occasionally hear about support and updates being needed for legacy PHP projects, but I almost never hear of new projects except for WordPress plugins.

I totally disagree with that opinion!
I work for one of the biggest IT corps and we are full of projects with PHP, huge projects for huge companies. 70–90% of eCommerce is PHP based. So telling stories about PHP for small or hobbyist projects are just a fairy talles ;) Most of our huge customers are in EU and UK

The short answer is "probably not." PHP is almost certainly not going to disappear. However, it is fair to say that PHP is suffering from an image problem and that PHP developers should invest in making the language "feel" more modern.

১. অনেকে মনে করে ভালো প্রোগ্রামার হতে হলে সিএসই ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডের হতেই হবে। এমন কোনো কথা নেই। চেস্টা আর পরিশ্রম যে করতে পারবে, সে ভালো প্রোগ্রামার হতে পারবে।
২. প্রব্লেম সলবিং দক্ষতা বাড়াতে হবে। আর সব সময় দেখে দেখে না করে নিজে থেকে কোড করা, কোড বুঝা উচিত।
৩. সব শেখার দরকার নেই। সব প্রোগ্রামিং ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ একটু একটু শেখার চেয়ে একটা বা দুইটা ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ ভালো করে শেখাটা বেশি ভালো। কিন্তু একটা জিনিস মনে রেখো, তুমি কি হতে চাও বা কোন ফিল্ড এ কাজ করতে চাও এটা মাথায় রেখে শুরু করতে হবে।
৪. রোবটের মত কাজ করার প্রয়োজন নেই। প্রথমে মনে রাখো যে তুমি একজন মানুষ, তারপর একজন প্রোগ্রামার। অনেক সময় এমন হয় যে কোডিং করতে করতে তোমার সারাদিন চলে যায়। তুমি তোমার হাসি-কান্না সব ভুলে যাও। না, এমন হলে চলবে না। তোমাকে হাসতে হবে, কাঁদতে হবে (বাকি যা করতে হয় তাই আর কি)। তাহলে প্রোগ্রামার হিসেবে তোমার মধ্যে ক্রিয়েটিভিটি গড়ে উঠবে। তুমি আরো ইফেক্টিভ ভাবে কাজ করতে পারবে।
৫. নতুন নতুন প্রোগ্রামিং শুরু করলে সাথে আরেকজনকে নিয়ে শুরু করা ভালো। কেননা দুইজন যেহেতু এক সাথে শিখতেছো, সেহেতু এক জন কোনো কিছু বুঝতে সমস্যা হলে আরেকজন তা বুঝিয়ে দিতে পারবে। চাইলে ফেসবুক থেকেও কাউকে খুজে নিতে পারো।
৬. প্রতিদিন নতুন নতুন জিনিস শিখতে হবে। একটা দুইটা কোর্স করেই যে তুমি আরামে সারাজীবন কাজ করতে পারবে তা কিন্তু নয়। তাই তোমাকে 'মাস্টার লার্নার' হতে হবে।
৭. কোনো প্রজেক্ট শেষে বিরতি নিতে হবে। বড় কোনো প্রজেক্ট শেষে আশে-পাশে ঘুরে আসতে পারো। তাহলে পরের প্রজেক্ট এর জন্যে ভালো স্পিরিট পাবে।
৮. কোনো সমস্যার সমাধান পাওয়ার জন্যে googling করতে অভ্যস্ত হতে হবে। অন্যকে বিরক্ত করার চেয়ে google করে খুজে নেওয়া উচিত।
৯. প্রোগ্রামিং করতে যেয়ে অনেক প্যারা খেতে হবে। কিন্তু এর জন্যে গিভ-আপ করার চিন্তা মাথায় আনা যাবেনা।
১০. মাঝে মাঝে সামান্য একটা Bug খুজে বের করে ফিক্স করতে করতে তোমার সারাদিন চলে যেতে পারে। এটার জন্যে মানসিক ভাবে আগে থেকেই প্রস্তুতি নিয়ে থাকো।

ওয়েব এ্যাপ ইউজার মিথ্যে কমপ্লেইন্ট করলে কি করবেন?
সম্প্রতি ঠাকুরগাঁও এ কে ট্রেডারস এর Inventory & EMI Sales ওয়েব এ্যাপ ডেভেলপ করে দিয়েছি। টোটাল প্রাইস ছিল ৯০০ ডলার (সমমূল্য বিডিটি)। অপারেশনে যাবার আগে স্টাফদেরকে ১০ ঘণ্টার লাইভ ট্রেনিং দিয়েছি। এরপরে অপারেশনে গিয়ে এমন এমন সব আজগুবি কমপ্লেইন্ট দিচ্ছে যে রিপ্লাই দিতে দিতে আমি একদম ক্লান্ত হয়ে গেছি। ৯০% কমপ্লেইন্ট জাস্ট বুঝার ভুল। সে তো সরি বলে কিন্তু আমার মূল্যবান সময় নষ্ট হয়।
কয়েক দিন বলে দিয়েছি যে, কমপ্লেইন্ট সঠিক না হলে এবং চেক করে সময় দিলে আমাকে প্রতিবার ১০ ডলার পে করতে হবে। অলরেডি এক ইউজার ২০ ডলার পে করেছে । সে বলছে যে এটা তার নিজের পকেট থেকে দিয়েছে। শুনে খারাপ লাগলো।
আজকে ইমেইল করেছে এই আইটেমগুলোর সিরিয়াল নাম্বার আসে না। আমি চেক করে দেখলাম কোন সমস্যা নাই। ছবিতে দেখা যাচ্ছে। সে হয়তো ভুল মডেল অথবা ভুল আইটেম সিলেক্ট করেছে। আমি প্রথমে কুয়ারী করে দেখলাম পড়ে একদম ইএমআই সেলস পেজে গিয়ে অপারেত করে দেখলাম। সব ঠিক আছে।
আজকে ১০ ডলার বিল করে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছি। বিল পে না করুক, সরি বলুক কিন্তু আমি চাই ভাল ভাবে না দেখে যেন কমপ্লেইন্ট না করে।
