তরকারি/মাছ-মাংস রান্নায় লবন বেশি হয়ে গেলে নিজের ঘাড় থেকে দোষ নামানোর উপায়।😜

প্রথমে ছোট একটা চামচে কিছুটা তরকারি নিবেন আর কিছুটা পানি মিশিয়ে দিবেন যাতে লবন কমে যায়।
তারপর বরের কাছে গিয়ে বলবেন লবন দেখতে,
বর তরকারি টেস্ট করে বলবে আর একটু লবন লাগবে।
এখন আপনার কাজ শেষ,লবন বেশি হওয়ার দোষ এখন বরের!😉

Food Mania চ্যানেলে সবাইকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের আজকের ভিডিও টি হচ্ছে বৃষ্টির দিনে মজাদার সুস্বাদু খিচুড়ি বা Delicious khichuri তৈরীর রেসিপি নিয়ে। খিচুড়ি একটি ভাত জাতীয় খাবার যা ভারত, বাংলাদেশ, পাকিস্তান সহ দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার দেশগুলোতে অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় খাবার। প্রধানত চাল এবং মসুর ডাল দিয়ে সাধারণ খিচুড়ি ভাত রান্না করা হলে বজরা, মুগডাল সহ অন্যান্য ডালের ব্যবহারও লক্ষ্য করা যায়। অঞ্চলভেদে খিচুড়ির বিভিন্ন আঞ্চলিকরূপ পরিলক্ষিত হয়। যেমন নরম খিচুড়ি, ভুনা খিচুড়ি, মাংস খিচুড়ি, নিরামিষ খিচুড়ি ইত্যাদি। খিচুড়ি একটি সহজপাচ্য খাবার তাই শিশুকে প্রথম কঠিন খাবার হিসেবে দক্ষিণ এশিয়ায় খিচুড়ি খাওয়ানো হয়।

খিচুড়ি কেবল রোগীর পথ্য বা শিশুর খাবার নয়, এতে থাকে পুষ্টির সঠিক সামঞ্জস্য। খিচুড়ি খেলে শরীরে মিলবে শর্করা, প্রোটিন, ফাইবার, ভিটামিন সি, ক্যালসিয়াম, ম্যাগনেসিয়াম, ফসফরাস এবং পটাসিয়ামের মতো প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি উপাদান। খিচুড়ি রান্নায় যদি আপনি নানা ধরনের সবজি যোগ করেন তবে এর স্বাদ ও পুষ্টি দুটিই বেড়ে যাবে। সেইসঙ্গে হজমেও হবে সহায়ক। বৃষ্টির দিনে মজাদার সুস্বাদু খিচুড়ি তাই হতে পারে আদর্শ খাবার।
