It's an initiative to preserve an 'almost ruined wooden home' in brick enclosures. as the kids of client grown up here and later to leave it alone for long.But the childhood memories never left the family alone.
Being among one of the kids, just wanted to preserve those first sketches we (brother and sisters) drawn in those wooden facades. that old dining we used to fight just to sit beside dad.

Being aware of the space we got, tried the best to accommodate the needs of clients being rational to the usage of space,customizing the sizes of elements to be installed later.
to avoid exaggerated elements had to listen our clients need as in a single house every occupant's taste and desire varies.

Every project comes with different limitations and possibilities. So the challenge is to find the prospect being rational to It's existence and later solving the problems within the limits ( Time, less interruptions to the parallel use of that particular space/built form and the budgets).

Objectives were to Design flexible Spaces for the employees and delegates.To enhance the work efficiency we had to focus on free floor plan,modular furnitures so that user can add or remove the desks and cabinets as per the needs of any particular purpose.

Adjacent corridors are not left as a mere corridor what we mostly experience as monotonous passage way. Tried to add sculptures and greens so that any of the users and visitors may feel something comfortable beyond expectation from a typical work environment.
