As Bangladesh has also 2.5 million populations of contain it. The numbers of disabled people are increasing here due to child-marriage, lack of proper treatment in pregnancy, vitamin less, superstition and uncultured. On the other hand causes of road accident, garments and factory accident, lack of favorable environment for workmen. But it is seen that most of the spots are not congenial for PWDs. Most of the time they suffer from different ways. So the aim of substitute to PWDs, prepared by local people, FBPKS started their activity from 1996. From that time, FBPKS acts for PWDs in areas of flood. The organization helps and stands beside the helpless people on various dangerous period and adversity. The organization’s activities extended. For satisfactory activity the organization acquired registration by the Department of Social Service in 2010. FBPKS acts locally and delegate with the national organization. FBPKS believes that it is impossible to back normal life until PWDs are economically self-sufficient. So the aim of PWD’s independent, FPBKS started various kinds of training course and flexible handicraft project. And FBPKS is trying to extend it in future. Above all, this organization is working sincerely for the disabled persons who are lagging behind and neglected in this society. The main aim of FBPKS is to convince positive about PWDs, diffuse to the public how to include main lifeline of developing and research and publicity of research-able knowledge.
