Job Overview:
As an HR Executive at Courseelo, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR processes. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from any location.

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and help in sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations:
• Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.

3. HR Administration:
• Maintain and update HR records, including employee data, leave management, and attendance records.
• Support the HR team in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare HR-related documents and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Performance Management:
• Assist in the performance appraisal process and compile performance-related data.
• Support in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

5. Training and Development:
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Help in coordinating employee development plans and tracking training progress.

6. Remote Work Support:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure remote employees have the necessary resources and support.
• Contribute to initiatives that promote effective remote work practices and team collaboration.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a related role.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
