The Church Weekend Away May 24-26 was a wonderful time of fellowship, learning, and relationship building. We explored ‘Hospitality’ in the context of the St Remacle monastery in Wavreumont. Many thanks to our speaker Evelyn Sweerts and our planning committee for their thoughtfulness and preparation.

Last Sunday, the members of HTB garden team enjoyed planting, weeding, pruning, cleaning, repairing and even ... weaving !
We are as proud of nature blossoming in this well-hidden part of HTB premises as of our brand new homemade woven fence and clean and tidy cupboard ! All kinds of skills can be of use : don’t hesitate to join us for our Biannual garden session or for our weekly check on the compost !

The Brussels Chamber Choir, which has sung at Holy Trinity over the years, will be performing a special concert of Arvo Pärt’s music on Saturday, 23 March in Eglise Notre-Dame du Sacre-Coeur Etterbeek The Estonian composer, whose spiritual, meditative and enigmatic music has brought serenity and inspiration to millions, is one of the most performed and best loved living composers. Pieces include The Beatitudes and The Deer’s Cry. The BCC will also be singing Orthodox choral music by Rachmaninoff and sublime music by English composer John Tavener, including Song for Athene. 'King's Voices', an excellent choir which sings every week in the chapel of King's college Cambridge will be in Brussels over the weekend of the 16th and 17th of March. They will sing Evensong at Chapel for Europe at 5.00 pm on Saturday the 16th and in Louvain on Sunday the 17th at 6.00 pm, and Eucharist at Holy Trinity at 10.30 on Sunday the 17th. Please come and enjoy their singing!
