ULB MUN

🇺🇳 NMUN 2024 AWARDS 🏆

From the 1st to the 5th of April 2024, the ULB MUN delegation took part in the National Model United Nations (NMUN) in New York City, gathering more than 1800 students from all around the world.

After months of intense preparation, the delegation performed superbly at the conference while representing France in 12 committees, and received the highest collective distinction : « Outstanding delegation » 🥇

Additionally, we also won 4 Outstanding Position Paper awards🥇Huge congratulations to the recognized delegates : Emilia Kurowska and Titus Sedena, Hemlè Mbeleg and Ludovica Colosimo, Filip Dudycz and Thomas Lennon (Head Delegates), Jeanne Lynch and Nina-Julie Krausenbaum.

We also congratulate all the other members of the delegation for their hard work and performance at the conference : Clémence Lebourgeois, Arthur Fallas (Faculty Advisor), Désirée Blazier, Fantine Mafa, Inès Chnayti, Mariia-Kristina Olkhovska, Leo Arcieri (Head Delegate), Liam Cerasi, Liliana Cascio, Marilu Tchamesse Moukam, Müjgan Topkaya, Liam Driesmans, Samra Kalač, Sophie Haagen, Vanessa Anastasoglou (Head Delegate), Youri Hagon, and Thomas Ionescu (Community Manager).

VISIT - EMBASSY OF INDIA 🇮🇳

On Monday 4 March 2024, part of the 2023-2024 ULB MUN delegation had the honor of being received by diplomats of the Indian Embassy in Brussels.

Various topics were discussed during the meeting, including India-EU political and economic relations, allowing the delegates to receive first-hand diplomatic insight in view of the NMUN 2024 in April.

We warmly thank the Embassy of India India in Belgium (Embassy of India, Brussels) for making this possible 🇮🇳
