Last Friday, we attended the Croix-Rouge de Belgique's First Aid training.
After years supporting Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen via our non-profit specialized contact center, we were already aware of the importance of first aid in everyday life.
And yet, the training made it even clearer.
What to do when someone needs help?
Thanks to Croix-Rouge de Belgique, we learnt theoretical and practical ways to correctly intervene without putting our and others' lives at risk.
This is one of those occasions that makes us happy to grow, not just professionally but, more importantly, personally — as people-oriented human beings.
🤝 In a society built by and for people with no disability, it takes a lot of energy, perseverance, adaptability, self-confidence, and resilience for people with disabilities to be part of it.
For its annual awareness campaign, the Ligue Braille | Brailleliga has chosen to focus on the social lives of blind and visually impaired individuals.
Choosing a positive approach and inspired by everyday life, we conceived and developed a humorous campaign.

During the last training sessions at The Crew, we dived into D/OOH solutions with Clear Channel Belgium and in-Read video and display formats with Teads.
🔥 Because we never give up on delivering the right message to the right audience at the right moment.
It was July 2023: a new pitch for the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles/Officiel, the , and the COCOF - Commission communautaire française was out. The demand? Raising awareness about domestic violence.
💫 A topic that has always turned everybody's heart at The Crew and for which we dreamt of giving our best.
We wanted to work on that project and play a role in fostering social change, no matter what.
And you know what? 💥 We made it!
Our campaign was launched almost a month ago, on the , and we are very proud of the final results.
🤝 In collaboration with and , we produced 4 short films, forming the core content of the campaign, and shaped them through meticulous work that emphasized authenticity, intimacy, emotion, and nuance.

Every year, we have the incredible opportunity to visit the BRAFA art fair, thanks to our CEO, Luc de Tillesse, and his wife, Valérie (both ambassadors of the fair). 🙏🏻
Every year, after the visit, we play the “coup de cœur” game: everyone shares his/her favourite piece of art (…no matter the price! 😉) with the others.
Below all the paintings, objects, sculptures that we loved - a perfect mix of different sentivities, cultures, points of view. 🙌🏻
4 testimonials, 4 weeks of campaign, 4 social media… one compelling success! 💥 At the end of “Not funny. ”, we reached:
▪ almost 50,000 clicks on the campaign
▪ almost 5Mlo impressions (with 1Mlo unique views)
▪ 12.234 names on the Wall of Respect
Moreover, the positive sentiment steadily increased along the campaign: people involved in its making and testimonial firefighters received real support, on social media as well as in the streets.
We're truly happy 🙌 Not only worked we hard on the campaign to make it a success, we also firmly believed in the cause. And we were not the only ones! The public overwhelmed support demonstrated that ending violences against firefighters is crucial for a huge part of our country!

That’s why, some months ago, we took part in a one-day training about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by ACC Belgium . Together, we deepened some marketing aspects: Accessibility, Authenticity, Equity, Community Involvement, Social impact.
