You know how to beat the hlcold? You fight ice with fire … at least that’s what I’ve been told 🤯… this month we take fresh poblano chilies. We roast them over the fire and mix them in with smoked ancho chilies (which is the smoked dry version of the poblano) then we add it to a smashed double cheeseburger farmhouse.cheddar with mayo. That’s how you make the heat. #9000

This months special is another big hitter coming at ya. Our “Big Chicken Katsu” we start with bio corn feed chicken then we marinate it in shio koji with some choice spices , we batter it and fry it to golden umami goodness. We top it with our fermented bean curd (Fu-Ru) mayo and cilantro and spring onions! This thing is a flavor bomb and can be yours all February long!! If you haven’t had his sh you don’t know what you’re missing!!! #9000.

For the next two weeks out “ Philly cheese steak burger” we take dry aged ribeye slice it then cook it with onions and provolone cheese served on our bun with garlic aioli!! #9000

We are back from vacation and to celebrate this month special is the Katsu McRibb this is a trip down memory lane… this is our take on the McRibb we cook our spare ribs extra long till the bones are falling out then we pull those bones out coat in panko and deep fry , we bed that in our mayo hoisin and top with pickles and chopped onions!! #9000
