Yesterday we are honoured to serve falafel for the famous artist Doja Cat on Les Ardentes festival, she sent somebody especially to take an order from us, we hope she enjoyed our delicious fresh falafel 😋

you can find us on Kokopelli festival in Gullegem this weekend. Come and visit us at the falafel stand,to try our new concept (paratha)
,the festival entrance is free and the weather will be great. There will be music, good food and drinks, children activities, henna, and much more!

A healthy,nutritious,but above all very tasty mix of rice,lentils,pasta and chickpeas,topped with a amazing tomato sauce and crispy onion

Gezocht: 2 studenten om mee te werken met een vegan food stand(hashtag falafel) in Les Ardentes festival (7, 8, 9, 10 juli). Met voorkeur al een eerste ervaring in de horeca, respect voor hygiëne regels.

mahshi: gevulde wijnbladeren met kruidige rijst.
Vers, vegan, zonder smaakversterkers of bewaarmiddelen.
€10 per halve kilo(100% zelf gemaakt), gekookt in authentieke aarden tajine.
Kan ingevroren worden.

Nieuw: Naast de paprika yamista (gevulde paprika) hebben we nu ook courgette en aubergine yamista.
Gevuld met een heerlijk kruidig rijstmengsel.
Vegan, gluten free.
2,50€ per piece.

after these measures taken by the government for the horeca, I would like to make it clear that my bond with my customers is not just a bond between a seller and a buyer (most of my regular customers know what I mean), we shared stories, smiled and laughed,they know my daughter, played with her in resto, gave her some gifts,
so I cannot violate your privacy
,this is not my job,
I will not be able to ask you need to show your CST and your ID, so I think the best solution is that our restaurant will be available only takeaway, we have been suffering enough from a slow turnover for nearly two years, but we still surviving and accept the situation, and really sometimes i get tired, not from the work,i really don't mind if my turnover get worse and worse but I will not ignore my humanity, because the money don't buy the dignity don't buy the humanity, "choose your side now because later you won't have this luxury"
my CUSTOMERS are my first priority, so i will not participate in this situation.
I look forward to serving you via only take-away and I can’t wait to receive you again inside the restaurant itself when circumstances improve.

De falafel van ga je nergens anders in Gent geëvenaard vinden. Ter plaatse vers gemaakt van favabonen, nooit ingevroren/prefab. De bruine volkoren pitrabroodjes waarin de falafel geserveerd worden, zijn heerlijk van smaak.

Words are not enough to describe how happy we are to see you again, we hope we made you all happy too with our free fresh falafel yesterday. You are all welcome to return and try out our other delicious falafels on the menu.
