From top to bottom:

1. Yuzu-Sfera: white chocolate sphere, yuzu whipped ganache, yuzu jelly.
2. Rocher: hazelnut biscuit, gianduia mousse, milk chocolate, and praline.
3. Deliziosa al Pistacchio.
4. Pecan-misú: cocoa tartlet, coffee cream, pecan praline, mascarpone ganache, and praline pecans.

During our summer break, we want to tell you about a new wine we recently added to our collection: Barolo Bric del Fiäsc 2017 from Scavino Paolo 🍷☀️ This intense ruby red wine has complex aromas of dark fruits, liqueur, and truffles, with a mineral and earthy touch. Concentrated, powerful, and with a beautiful structure, its complex finish will amaze you.
