Our emotions are indications for what is going on inside us, conscious or unconscious. You should acknowledge them and think about when and why they emerge. Don't ignore them! Don't suppress them! Otherwise it can become into bigger problem - not only psychological, but physiological as well. ❗
❣ Be the one who you want to be and listen to your heart and intuition. They don't lie.
Once again - don't ignore you emotions or your intuition that something might not be okay. Seek for help! There aren't too small problems! Your feelings are valid! It is important to be okay menthaly and physicaly to reach your goals and dreams! 😉

Hello, guys! 🧡 This month the content that I’m going to share with you will be a bit different. As my lectures started again and I won’t be able to have much free time for new artworks.
But the good news is that it is Mental Health Month! And I am studying Psychology. So the natural thing to do here is to spread the awareness! I´m so grateful that I am following my own path, I´m listening to my heart and I am fully expressing the gift that I have - the art that is in my soul.
Wishing to myself to keep going despite the tough moments and despite the uncertainty whether this is the right thing to do. Because it is. Because it comes from the depths of my soul. And because this is what makes me happy and gives me wings to accomplish anything.

Those landscapes definitely helped me to relax, even for a moment. That ability to dive into the art process and forget about the world can be really helpful (and probably the meditations as well).
But yet… I’m still craving for it to take away the pain… 🌅

When you’ve disconnected from what your heart craves for, you feel like you’re not yourself anymore. Lack motivation, feeling fatigue, and procrastinating even the easiest tasks as even they seem like a huge challenge. 🍂
I’ve been feeling like that in the past few months. Telling myself that everything will be fine. Calming myself with dreams for the sea. Dreaming that it will take away all the troubling thoughts and feelings from me. Soothing myself that when I go and see the sea I’ll be finally okay. 🌊
But I’m still waiting for that moment. To finally go and see the sea…🌅
