Our Aim is to have a professional set up to identify, nurture and develop Goalkeepers from grassroot level to elite level.
Our Objectives
To promote sport and arouse interest in sport involvement from an early age
To foster the spirit of sportsmanship and to mentor future football stars
To train and improve football, in particular Goalkeeping in the country, at all levels to international standards
To develop and create a pool of goalkeepers to benefit the country

Wild Cats Academy is a Goalkeeper development agency that seeks to unearth, nurture and develop goalkeepers in Botswana. Having realized that goalkeepers do not have specialized development platforms from an early age, Township Rollers and former National team goalkeeper Thabo βMahalaβ Motang established the Wild Cats Academy to identify, develop and nurture GOALKEEPERS. Over the years, there has been a lack of outstanding goalkeepers coming through the ranks in Botswana football, and Wild Cats Academy seeks to develop a pipeline of goalkeepers who will move onto senior teams.
