Never put the trade mark of IRRELEVANCE on people, God never created irrelevant vessels. If your relevance makes people fall to irrelevance, then you are in massive error. No matter your level of greatness, be careful not to despise people and make them feel irrelevant, because God can put the key to your next help in the hand of the person you feel is most irrelevant.

For instance, Naaman was a great man and a well respected officer, but He was suffering from leprosy without help or healing. He never knew that the key to his help and healing was in the hands of a little slave girl in his house; it was this little slave girl that gave Naaman direction to meet Prophet Elisha and he got healed of leprosy (study 2Kings 5:1-10).

Listen, no matter how great you are, the people who serve you today can be your helpers tomorrow, don't discard people as irrelevant. Keep that evil pride and be good to people, else you will be left helpless on the day you desperately need people. I prophesy, God shall raise you as a helper to many and you shall not be left helpless in life. In Jesus name.
