FINALLY! I'm able to have a grande opening for my private training studio!

Lions Gate Peak - August 8

The Lion’s Gate Portal is a divine gateway that opens July 26th until August 12th.

This event is marked by the heliacal rising of Sirius, the brightest star in the sky.

The peak occurs on August 8 and this energy is reminding us to stay focused on what we authentically want.

This is one of THE most powerful times for manifestation. You’re always creating your reality, but when the Gate is open, everything moves faster and with intensified energy. Working with the gateway will multiply your efforts and keep them burning until they reach full fruition.

Self-care is essential to our physical, mental & emotional health and all too often we put everything and everyone else first, neglecting our own wellbeing.

A ritual is simply a practice that is performed regularly, with mindfulness.

Ritual baths are one of my favorite self-care indulgences. Bathing is cleansing, healing & relaxing and when you add spiritual purpose, you are creating a ritual bath and making it magical. And we can all use more magic in our lives.

Make your bath a sacred time for yourself - add some bath salts infused with essential oils, light candles and set your favorite crystals around the tub, pour yourself an herbal tea or glass of wine to sip while unwinding.

• Immerse yourself and relax completely.
• Focus on the warmth enveloping your body.
• Allow your mind to drift away as you bathe yourself in the soothing aromas.
• Play some music and allow your mind to wander wherever the music may take you.
• Close your eyes, and become attuned to the rhythms of your own body.
• Repeat your favorite self-love affirmation with confidence.
• Soak for at least 15-30 minutes.
• When you pull the plug, visualize all the negativity of your day going down the day.

I've been wanting to create a ritual bath salt that was energetically cleansing. One that was created with positive vibes, would ground me in earth magic and act as a reset button for my energy.

This past full moon I made a batch of Smudge Ritual Baths Salts.

The primary ingredients are:
Epsom & Himalayan Salts to draw out toxins, exfoliate the body & cleanse your energy
Grey Sea Salt to replenish the body of essential minerals
Sage Essential Oil to clear negative energy
Palo Santo Essential Oil to purify your space & your mind
Rosemary Essential Oil to awaken the heart & soul
