What’s the difference between grape juice and dealcoholized wine? Let’s get into it!

🍇Juice is simply the product that is extracted from grapes and contains no alcohol at all.

🍷 Dealcoholized wine, on the other hand, starts out as a fully-fermented wine! The alcohol is then removed usually through one of three methods: vacuum distillation, reverse osmosis or spinning cone columns. What is left is a dealcoholized wine (no more than 0.5% ABV) and as many of the characteristics as possible of traditional wine!
