🌿 Every year on July 24th, International Self-Care Day reminds us that self-care is essential for our overall health. It's a day to prioritize and incorporate self-care into our daily lives. 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Self-care means taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. For some, it also means spiritual well-being. It can be as simple as enjoying some daily quiet time or catching up with a friend over coffee ☕ each week.

We gave a delicious send-off to 450 boxes of cereal donated by Georgian employees during a short campaign in support of the Georgian FoodLocker, our on-campus emergency food bank available to students at all campuses.

"My kids are older now and have recently left home. They were in competitive sports, so the last 18 years have been filled with travelling around to their different sports and tournaments.
"After all that time, now I’m trying to rediscover what I like, what my hobbies are, and what piques my interest. It’s been an interesting journey, and it's an interesting change to be able to focus on me."
