Did a 40 person bbq for Ace Machining today. Great success. Be sure to book us for all your bbq needs. We love to show out and cook for your company.

If you know any displaced people from the fire we had in Tantallon/Hammonds Plains we have some free meals to help out.

We are back in business.

Hope everyone has been well. We have a special going on now until Saturday. Get one while supplies last.

This Saturday is the last day we are offering food for the winter. Hopefully if all goes well we will have a food truck for next season. With that we are offering Kansas City ribs with roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, greens and cornbread for $40 a plate. We are available for pick or can deliver for $10. Hope to see you all soon.

Was a solid dinner BBQ turkey, roasted turkey, ribs, Mac n cheese, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes and cauliflower.

We are brining this 16lbs turkey in a simple bath of salt, sugar, garlic, bay leaves and chili pepper flakes for 24 hours then off to the BBQ she goes.

Sorry for the confusion ya'll. I recently went back to school for some much needed skills. With all the work I'm doing it's really hard to balance the business. So I am still around just super low key. I'm able to do catering on weekends and will do custom orders after 5pm during the week. So if you're craving something hit us up I'm sure we can make it happen. Thanks for all your messages.

Not for sale today as this is just my own supper, but I figured I would share. What you are looking at is a maple garlic marinated and bacon wrapped BBQ chicken breast accompanied by roasted corn on the cob and a perfect loaded baked potato.

Got a solid shout out today.

We are doing one last cook until we get into our storefront in September. This Friday we are doing Authentic Carnitas (Mexican Pulled Pork) topped with Onions, Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, and a chipotle crema on corn/flour tortillas, theses delicious morsels will be paired with Speakeasy Rice and Corn. Plates come with 4 tacos, rice and corn for $25. Extra tacos are $2.50

We are moving kitchens this week and possibly next week. Sorry to those looking for orders in this time. But bigger business needs bigger space. Looking forward to this move and the subsequent room that comes with it. Our ghost kitchen will be up relatively soon. Thanks for being patient. We can still cater your parties and events. We are looking into hiring a bartender too.

Who likes tacos? We're looking into doing a taco fundraiser with a local non-profit. $2 tacos? Fresh lemonade? Helping at risk youth? Sounds like a great time to me.

Whoever sent the inspectors to my business partners home is a full blown KAREN. The food is not cooked in his home. He is simply a financier. Get your facts straight before trying to ruin a persons livelihood. You can't kill The Speakeasy Barbecue. We are here. We are loud and proud. We will NEVER leave. So get used to us because we are here to stay.

We are having quite the rush of people liking our page and asking questions. So to answer them in the most efficient way I will do this.

Our service days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are based out of a food safe kitchen in the area but do not serve from that location which means we do not have seating. This is strictly delivery or you can pick-up in Bedford at the Dooly's parking lot as our kitchen space is near by. Our delivery fee is $5 on orders under 4 plates. Delivery fee is waived on 4+ orders. This is a first come first serve ordeal as I only do small batch barbecue. We are a pre-paid service. We take e-transfer and it can be sent to [email protected]. We offer catering as well as occasionally selling bbq kits for you to take home and cook yourself. Thank you all again for showing so much love and asking all the questions.
