I am opening in-person group pilates classes at Fit 4 Sport in Bowmanville. We are using various props such as balls, flex bands, weights, arc barrels and fitness circles. All levels are welcome !
The class will have a maximum of 4 participants.
There are only 2 spots left on Friday at 5pm.
First come first serve.

If you are interested in doing ONLY with your family or friends of 4, please contact me. New classes can be opened by request.

Hi Bowmanvilleโ€™s neighbors !

I am a pilates instructor and a personal trainer and am working in Oshawa, Whitby and Bowmanville. I have been teaching fitness classes online from last April til now and in-person for over 2years.

I would like to offer pilates online classes(Google Meet) for $15 per session until this lockdown is finished. Starting from this Tuesday and running for 4 weeks (Jan19th- Feb 11th). Total class fee will be $105(one free class on Tuesday(Jan 19th). 30% of fees will be donated to Lakeridge Health Foundation.
*I will be offering for a special fee for frontline workers as a thank you for all you do for us ($10 per session and total will be $70)

I am going to run for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.
I will run one class for free so you guys can feel for it!

I can feel that this second lockdown makes things really hard and exhausting. Christmas and New Yearโ€™s week was so brutal for me. I am sure many of you were really devastated and desperate to see your loved ones. I KNOW and many studies show that exercise is good for mental health. I REALLY want to help people who are having a hard time right now. This hard time will bring you down but DONโ€™T let it happen. Many of us and myself are here for you. This is the way that I can help people right now.

I completed the flexion-free workshop from through online. It was very informative and help my concepts of exercises. I can support whoever has osteopenia or osteoporosis or herniated disk or whatever reasons that need to avoid or reduce spinal flexion (keeping the spine neutral). Standard First Aid Renewal course is done ! It's been 3 years since I took the first course. It is always very educational and informative. As a fitness instructor, I should need to prepare for emergency situations for clients as well as myself. One day, one of clients felt nauseous during a class and had to stop her session. Fortunately, she felt better soon by sitting down but it could lead a fall or faint or shock. After that day, I reviewed the first aid guide and realized that I should prepare for those situations better next time.
Now, I'm bringing the first aid kit wherever I go for my clients. Preparing is the key ! I totally recommend the course for your family or anyone who might need your help

My moring DIY project. Making vinyl straps is just a piece of cake !!! The reason I make these straps is making it easy to clean and disinfect straps better. If you are worried to go to the gym, you can still work 1 to 1 privately with your instructor!
EXTRA STORY ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…
I am a bit of germaphobe after suffering with extremely low palates about 2 years ago. It was too low to make my brain bleeding at any time. Literaly, there was a bomb that you don't know when to happen. Doctors can't tell why that happened yet. It is one of the autoimmune diseases. Don't worry it is not infectious! I was treated by taking steroids for 6 months.
Before that happened, my schedule was horrible. I woke up at 12pm or later I stayed up late until 4am most of nights. I didn't eat enough and regularly. I was killing my body. After experiencing autoimmune diseases, I changed my daily life. Eatting healthy, sleeping at 10pm ๐Ÿ˜…, waking up 9am or early,working out, releasing stress and BE POSITIVE. It was quite a long story, thank you for reading it ๐Ÿ˜†

Manage stress
Be positive !

Hi there Bowmanville ! I am going to run pilates classes at Fit 4 Sports in Bowmanville on Mondays 5:45pm, 7:00pm and Wednesdays 5:54pm, 7:00pm from 1st week or August to 1st week of September. We are accepting only 4 people.
- $100 for Wednesdays classes
- $80 for Mondays classes.
Before that, I would like to run outdoor FREE(trial) pilates classes on Wednesday (29th) at 5:45 and 7:00 pm at Waverly Park in Bowmanville. I am taking only 8 people. If you would like to join, please leave a comment or DM me.
I will keep my masks on while I am instructing. Every participant will keep 2meters distance each other. Bring your own mat or towel.
