Recently, we had a 2000 International 4700 that came into the shop with a no start condition.

We used our OEM International software to diagnose no base oil pressure and a misfire with heavy blow by. The customer decided to abandon the engine and had us replace it with a good used engine. We installed many new parts to fix old oil leaks and prevent future breakdowns.

⚠️Ram Cummins owners, beware of the dreaded grid heater bolt failure that causes catastrophic engine damage!⚠️

Due to heat, vibration, and time, a nut and stud from the factory heater grid has been documented to come loose and fall into the intake manifold. Once this happens, it will roll downhill into cylinder #6, causing catastrophic failure that requires a complete engine rebuild or replacement from bent valves, damaged pistons, and head. We recently had this 2019 Ram 1500 in the shop and performed a visual inspection which found worn out brakes and contaminated coolant. We performed a coolant flush and refill as well as new brake pads and rotors all round.

This customers 2005 Ford F-350 came in with low power and white smoke from the exhaust. We diagnosed a melted piston in one of the cylinders caused by a bad injector.

This customers 2008 RAM 2500 came in for an intermittent no crank and check engine light on.

We diagnosed the truck and found multiple codes for network communication issues. We went through the steps of eliminating computers, one at a time and found the issue to be located at the totally integrated power module (TIPM). The module had Corrosion on the terminals of all the connectors. We replace the module and replaced all the connection ends.

This 2007 Polaris Sportsman came in for running rough and not idling.

A customers truck came in because the alternator was intermittently not charging and it started to make a loud squeak sound. We upgraded the alternator from a 160 amp to a 220 amp

Power valves can be found on any high-performance, two-stroke application. These valves control the exhaust port size depending on engine RPM and load, which alters the air velocity. This improves throttle response, low and high RPM power.

These valves are located in the exhaust port of the cylinders which makes them susceptible to heavy carbon buildup. To keep the exhaust power valve system in good working order, they must removed and serviced.

This Ski-Doo 600 SDI came in for crankshaft bearing service. The outer bearings on these engines are only lubricated by isoflex grease, which wears out over time. Webb Motors has efficient methods of replacing this grease with the engine still in the chassis.
