Thanks everyone for your patience while we were gone.
My parents needed us a few provences over for the last 2 months.
We arrived back home today and are excited to see everyone next week.

Introducing our new Double Veg menu.
To keep it short and simple the new menu offers double the amount of veg and half of the carbs of our classic menu.
We have some exciting new veg combos as well, my current favourite being roasted beets with whipped feta topped with roasted pumpkin seeds!

Next week's menu includes
Creamy lemon and leak chicken over rice
stir fry rice with dumplings
Bruchetta burgers with mozzarella and balsamic glaze served with broccoli salad
Bacon-wrapped chicken topped with sweet potato and spinach served with pasta in rose sauce
Salmon cakes with red pepper sauce and risotto
weekly sub is spaghetti and meatballs
The website is open for orders until Friday at noon:)
Low carb and family plans on the website as well

we hope everyone enjoyed the stew from last week. The honey-glazed carrots were my personal favorite :)
next week's menu includes
Garlic Butter Meatballs with Creamy Orzo
Nutty noodle bowl with Salmon and broccoli
Chicken and stuffing baked with roasted carrots
BBQ Meatloaf with Mac and Cheese
Creamy tomato pork with roasted Potatoes
This week's substitute is our beef stir fry. You are always welcome to double a meal instead of the sub.
When meatloaf is on the menu a lot of people double it.
We are back to our regular programming next week with meals delivered on Sunday and Wednesday.
