Come connect with your gorgeous curves while we add a little spice to our practice. In this CHAIR yoga/stretch class we will slow things down and combine some sultry stretches & sensuous grooves with some beautiful breath work & self love meditation.

This class will be done with chairs, however still bring your mat and as always feel free to bring any blocks or cushions to support your practice.
