Here’s an easy DIY toddler activity that’ll keep your toddler entertained and learning through play! Add some stickers between two sticks and cut in the middle creating little puzzles. You can start with one sticker at a time if you want to start at an easier level and work up to more stickers. The more pairs you make the more puzzles you have and the matching possibilities are endless!! You can also include things like naming colors or counting as you play along! Plus once they’re all done, pack them up in a little baggy for next time or to take along with you to a restaurant or an appointment with waiting! Keeping it Together (KIT) has two types of autism mom’s groups that are hosted by Autism Calgary.

The second Wednesday is virtual, and the fourth Monday is live! If you are looking for the Virtual Support Group register here.

LIVE SELF-CARE GROUP: Participants meet at Autism Calgary. Leave your worries at home and be prepared for a ladies’ night out! Each of these meetings will introduce a new self-care topic. This is an adult only meeting, potluck is always fun and optional.

For our in-person KIT this Monday April 24th we'll be joined by guest art facilitator Aleece from Art is the Antidote. She'll guide our group through a relaxing art experience using Acrylic pour techniques - where there will be no right or wrong outcomes! Paint friendly clothing recommended!
