Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp)

Amaebi is one of my personal favourites. It is different from your usual shrimp as it is sweet and not fishy. It also comes with the shrimp head which tastes kind of like shrimp chips. Our staff can show you how it’s eaten if you’re not quite sure. Try it at our restaurant today!

Blue fin tuna is the most delicious tuna you will taste. It is much softer than your regular tuna, you won’t regret coming in for this one 😉.

Chutoro is a medium fatty tuna with a perfectly balanced fat content, resulting in melt in your mouth buttery texture.
